This is a downy white cake, Strawberry creamcheese filling with a white chocolate buttercream icing. Finished with 3 chocolate dipped Michigan Strawberries. I sell these cakes here in West Michigan for $15 each. They serve 6. They keep me busy. I don't make a mess load off them but it sure does get my name out there.
