This is my final cake for the Course 1 Wilton decorating class. It is a from-scratch strawberry cake with crusting cream cheese icing as the base and between the layers. The flowers, leaves and dots are all buttercream. It was only my third time decorating a cake, so it took a lot of work! I'm very proud of this one : )
