Cake was made for a young man that was graduating College (Business Economics Major), was going into Law School , but was first going to take a month vacation in Greece. The Acropolis was scaled down from it's original 16 pillars long to 8- for asthetic reasons, and is resting comfortably on the 2 stacked school books that are approx 30"x24" each. Both cakes were "Chunky Carrot Cake" with Cream Cheese filling. The Acropolis , and ruins were completely made of gumpaste and fondant. Everything on the cake was edible. This cake was HUGE & weighed a TON ! Thanks for looking.
