3 tier vanilla cake in square pans 10, 8, 6. Large layer with butter cream filling, second layer with chocolate mousse filling and third layer with cherry filling all covered with dark chocolate fondant. Bow, rope, and beads all made from hand out of fondant. Other than the dark chocolate fondant, the rest was homemade. I have previously made just basic one layer rectangular cakes with store bought icing, so this was a challenge and took me about a week. This was a trial cake for a wedding shower.
