Bottom Tier: Red velvet cake w/ cream cheese filling Middle tier:Chocolate cake w/ chocolate filling Top(anniversary tier):Yellow butter cake w/ chocolate filling Pillow made from butter cake also. All tiers are covered with fondant and buttercream cornelli lace. 40 pink fondant roses. I was given 1 week notice and just really didn't want to turn down my first wedding cake opportunity. I have not official been taught the fondant roses yet...that is this weeks class. So I think I did pretty well on that area. Well, enjoy, i know i did.
