this is a cake i made for my gran's weekly bridge game. yellow doctored cake mix, raspberry filling, milk chocolate ganache covering, MMF card accents. the cards were horrific to do. almost all of them are cracked. my wax paper got stuck under the cake (that's the mess you see on the left). and i'm still working on smoothing my ganache better. always a work in progress!
