This is a cake I did for my brother's wedding in Texas. They were using red and black for colors so I put red bandanas on the table. The decorating on the sides of the cake were done in fondant. I purchased cowboy hats and bales of hay to put on top of the one tier. On the other tier I did red roses and then I purchased the cake topper. This was done in the heat & humidity of Texas in a church with no air conditioning so it was a little tough working in those conditions but it all came out okay.
