This was for a 24 year old's birthday, he is a huge pheasant hunter! The pheasant is red velvet cake covered in MMF then textured with a sharp knife. The bottom cake is german chocolate with coconut peacan frosting. The grass is gumpaste and cat tails are gumpaste wrapped around dry spaghetti. The pheasant tail feathers are gumpaste. The whole pheasant was painted with gel colors mixed with vodka. TFL
