My neighbour asked for an African themed birthday cake, and this is what I came up with, thanks to "Sarsi" and a few others on CC!! This cake is marble, carved from a 12" cake, filled with bavarian cream & covered in fondant. I used lustre dust and hand painted the scenery with black food colouring.
