My husband's employee wanted a Twilight cake for her birthday so we browsed the internet for ideas. We found one that she liked and tried remaking it. My husband Chris and I worked on it and she loved it. My husband made the top pieces out of fondant and dyed the fondant red with kool-aid for the apple and pawn. I was pretty nervous since it was the second cake I made using fondant and for someone else :) I just love baking and decorating! Practice makes perfect, right?!?!
