I had a friend request this for a guy at his work that loves camping and hunting. Since I'm leaving town, I had to hurry and finish this up. The cake is triple chocolate cake with a vanilla chip bravarian cream filling and covered in marshmallow fondant. I made everything on this cake, except the deer. I just ran out of time and patience, trying to get it just right, so I bought one! The "lake" is colored glitter gel and the "dirt" is grahm crackers and cookies crushed up. The little guy is hand sculpted and made out of gum paste. The tent is yellow fondant rolled out, pieces of brown and green randomly placed on top and then rolled together.
