Sleeping Beauty (Disny Princess Cake)
This cake I made this week and I can honestly say its the only cake that I havn't wanted to give away. (but I got lots of orders from it.)

is that fondant?
Yes its all made from fondant, unfortunately as I live in Portugal you cant buy ready made roll out icng fondant so I have had to make my own and the climate is very humid, so I have had to adapt the recipie, also you cant buy many ingriedients here, so I have to utilise what I can find. but the young mums here have not seen cakes like this before and are amazed with this cake. I wish there were more cake decorators here as I have to decline many orders.
