I made this cake for a man who owns a meat shop. The cake is yellow/butter with butter cream icing. The T-Bone is made of Chocolate Fondant. It was my first time using the fondant. I used thinned butter cream for the veins in the "meat". There was a "knife" on the front of the cake too, also made of the Chocolate Fondant. I didnt pull it out of the box though so you cant see it.
