This cake is a 6" vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling. This cake was a for a test taste for the mother of a young girl who is going to be turning 15 years old. The cake is covered in fondant. I decided to decorate with 3 pink gumpaste roses that I made and then I matched the border in the same color. I had some light pink fondant for the roses, so I decided to brush on some petal dust to give them a little darker color. I'm pretty happy with it. I enjoy practicing so that's a good thing.
