I made this wedding cake for my niece Louise and her husband Jamie. Since she was a little girl, I promised I would make her wedding cake for her. Given that we live 3500 miles apart, it was quite a challenge, taking 1200 pre-made fondant hearts on a plane was nerve racking. For anyone thinking of making a wedding cake with mini cakes my advice estimate the time you think it will take to make and double it. A lot of work but well worth it.
