This cake is a lot like my other stethoscope cake, but this time, they wanted a little more color (specifically, orange & blue) and Dr. Albert (University of Florida's mascot) on the stethoscope. Like before, the stethoscope was made with a 6-inch cake covered in gray fondant and brushed with silver luster dust. I covered plastic tubing with black fondant to make the rest of the stethoscope.
