I made this for my cousin's 3rd birthday. She's Abby Cadabby obsessed. It's a 6" and 9" buttercream with fondant accents. I made the topper from fondant also. Man it took a long time! She's holding a pumpkin because Abby hasn't perfected her magic yet and she turns everything into pumpkins. Even the present she brought for Riley. ;-) I got the idea for the fondant "lacing" from a super cute cake by _ChristyB_ . TFL :)
