This is the grooms cake I made for my new son in law.. 14" square and 9 " round chocolate fudge with white bc filling frosted with chocolate bc (sugarshacks recipe (WONDERFUL) and chocolate ganash drizzle chocolate dipped strawberries and grapes topped the cake.. Wow it was eye candy!!! oh and Chocolate monograms on each corner and top it was 96 degrees out at 6:30 in the evening.. Thunder and Lightning all day but great for the Wedding. OUtside! :) Whew!
