Carrot Cake I made for us at home.Was a box mix:Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Decadent Carrot Cake and it was very good. Cream cheese frosting form a recipe here, tweaked a little.My second attempt at scroll work. Decorations in orange flavor buttercream. I am still a beginner but was please with the result.Have photo of inside if it doesn't get deleted and close up of top.
