This is my version of Earlene Moore's music cake. I created it for a minister of music's birthday. The musical instruments are chocolate molded and painted w/gold highlighter dust mixed w/vodka; treble clefts are royal icing also painted w/gold dust. The angel w/harp is plastic. Real gold ribbon; black 50 candle; piano board & keys along with the scrolls are fondant.
