Made two cakes, both 12" iced in BC. Chocolate with chocolate mousse and WASC with lemon curd. The medal is made of a fondant ribbon and gumpaste eagle and is laying on a piece of fondant dry brushed with luster dust to try and give it a silky like appearance. Everything edible and handmade.
