My first chocolate wedding cake. I don't want to see white chocolate again for a long time! Top two tiers are fruit cake covered in fondant (under the white chocolate collar), bottom two are chocolate mud covered in ganache.. (sorry, the "lock" tab on my memory card broke off and it won't allow me to rotate my pic!)
