This was my first real wedding cake. Needless to say, I was a nervous wreck. However, all turned out well. The red velvet cake was a hit with the guests and the carrot cake was a hit with the bride. Top and bottom tiers are carrot cake. Middle tier is red velvet. Cream cheese filling and frosting.
