Zen Garden

Zen Garden inspired by Benja's wonderful cake. I used rainbowz Mrs. M's Cardamom cake recipe, substituting half of the white sugar w/brown sugar. It was filled with pistachio pudding and frosted in plain buttercream, then covered in cinnimon mmf. The sand is made from blended graham crackers and brown sugar. There are two small plaques made of fondant w/ "James" and "Horse" (he's year of the horse) written in my best try at Kanji. The end result was incredibly tasty, but not as nice looking as I would have liked. I still have A LOT to learn about covering a cake w/fondant. The birthday boy (my 19 year old brother) loved it though, and that's all that matters! Thanks for looking! :-)
