Rose Petal Cascade
This is my first wedding cake! It's for my brother's wedding, and they LOVED it! I used 12/10/8/6 inch pans. Four different flavors, all covered in my signature cream cheese fondant. Stenciling and piping are buttercream, and cake placement inspired by tutugirl! I hand made all the roses, petals and leaves from modeling chocolate, and brushed them with various colors of luster dust. Thanks to tonedna for the tutorials! This is the tallest cake I've ever done, and my first modeling chocolate roses!
