This design was based on cakes I saw here on CC - thank you all for your inspiration. Cake is covered in MMF. All the decorations are edible - most made from MMF. The scissors, needle and box are gumpaste - the pins are spaghetti painted with silver dust mixed with vanilla - MMF tops.
