this cake was made for a women celebrating her 1st year in business as a cooking instructor. She wanted something differnt and awesome to WOW her friends and family. its a 9x13 in 4 layers iced in buttercream and then fondant panels. The veggies and fruits are all made from chocolate with the exception of the dipped strawberries those are real. I printed the menu on paper and attached it to a thin piece of fodant. I can see the flaws but I am happy with the end results and the client was astounded! Thanks for looking All comments welcome!
