This was my school final for Adv. Cake Decorating and was entered in a State culinary school competition. It came a close third but no ribbon. My seams needed to be "seamless" it seems...that's how we learn! But I loved creating the honeycomb texture, which you can barely make out in the photo. I used mesh netting found at a local hardware store!
