This was for teacher appreciation luncheon. Theme was go texan. Bluebonnets are buttercream, hat is half fondant, half gum paste, everything else is fondant. Red stars and Texas cut out were a total after thought. When I put everything together it just had way to much white so I was looking to add more color. Cake is Italian Cream with cream cheese icing. Flavored the MMF with cheese cake flavoring and that is way yummy. I think I will be using that flavoring any time I am serving fondant to adults.
