I am so happy with how this cake turned out! 3 8' rounds with chocolate buttercream between the layers. Milk chocolate ganache poured over the whole thing, surrounded by pirouette cookies held together with ribbon. For my bf's sil's bday...I hope she likes it. I'm nervous to give it to her because she's an experienced cake decorator, and I am a newbie. :-)
