This cake was for a friends birthday--his favorite beer is Alaskan Amber, so I painted the picture from the label onto what's supposed to be a bottle top. I was so surprised at how well the painting came out. It was a shocker. The cake underneath is a stout spice cake, which admittadly didn't taste spectacular, but I thought it was fun.
