Customer wanted a cake that looked like a diaper cake. I made all the baby items from fondant. I don't usually use non-edible items on my cakes, but I thought the ribbon made it more believable. Oh, by the way, we live in hawaii that's why I used baby "slippahs" (sandals) and plumeria.
