I made this cake for my own birthday this year. The guitar body is regular chocolate cake and the neck is a glutten-free chocolate cake. The whole thing is covered with fondant, and I used fondant and royal icing to decorate it. On the cake board, I used musical notes to say "Happy birthday to you."
