All gum paste. There are fifty or more roses, 20 or more gerbas, & about 20 lilies. I made this cake for a very special lady celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary they were having a combined party with a 21st and I offered to do both cakes. WHAT WAS I THINKING??? To much presure for a newbie. These were my first attempts at stacking, heck I wish you could have seen the carrot cake I attempted to stack. I laughed really hard when it started to colapse till I realised I'd have to bake again!
