This was for one of my best friends tropical, beach wedding. She left everything up to me so I thought if I was going to try my hand at stacking a wedding cake! What better person to pratice on than your best friend!!!! She had no idea what this cake looked like until I showed up at the wedding! Not to mention I had to drive it stacked 1:15 min to the location. Talk about a nervous wreck! Not my friend but ME! White cake buttercream icing strawberry filling seashells were made from gumpaste and dusted with luster dust .
