I made this for my niece's 3rd Birthday. The cake is Chocolate Chunk Cake with a strawberry/cherry filling. All the pieces are fondant. I bought an Ariel doll and fondant covered her legs with a tail and fin. I had a lot of fun with this cake. It was a big success with the Birthday girl.
