Comma shaped Mango flavored cake with dark chocolate/Creme de Cocoa BC filling & frosting. Surfer on board, plaque waves, surf boards 44 & fish are gumpaste. Waves going around the cake are Mango flavored Fondyx. The person who ordered this cake insisted that the frosting be chocolate, I also had to make it look like the sea.....this was the only way I could think of to do it.
