I did this cake for a church friend I grew up with. I saw many examples online. It was my fourth fondant cake. I used just a simple box cake on the inside, swirled some of the batter with blue food coloring. I made marshmallow fondant to cover, Wilton gel coloring for the blue/periwinkle pieces (cookie-cutter hearts), and butter cream dots around the bases. I got the baby booties from WalMart.
