Made for my ex-husband's current wife's friend. Boy that's a mouthful but said to point out the pressure I felt making this cake. Wanted it to be perfect. It was inspired by a Martha Stewart cake and I finally used Sugarshack's buttercream recipe (with the exception of the high ratio shortening). I think it turned out nicely even though it's not as perfectly smooth as I wanted it to be. But I hear it sat out for several hours and I can tell it was touched after it was set up. I'm proud of it though!
