This was my daughter's request for her 14th Birthday party. I borrowed ideas from many of the cakers here. . .Thank you!!! This is an icecream cake made with Chocolate ice cream and butterscotch swirl ice cream separated by two chocolate cookie layers. The sides are MMF embossed with an ivy/flower pattern. The top is chocolate MMF (black color) and plain MMF. The little decorations are either a combination of MMF and Gum Paste or straight GP.
