Designed this cake to my 3 year old daughter's specifications for her "Make it Pink, Make it Blue" party: an Aurora crown on top, vines, roses, blue on top, pink on the bottom (Ah, the mind of a 3 year old!) A whimsical take on a sleeping beauty theme. It was my first attempt at gumpaste crowns and fondant swags, using tutorials from this website. Ran out of time for bottom pearl borders...needed to clean the bathroom before the party! TFL!
