This is just a simple Easter egg cake I made for the kids at my DD's daycare. Due to food allergies and other parent concerns, I try to keep things fairly plain. This is a WASC (with vanilla in place of almond) with an Irish Cream buttercream filling/icing. Accents are fondant, and of course, the Peeps! I wasn't sure if the cake/icing would get the kids sugared up enough, so I added the Peeps for the extra 'hyper factor.' Thanks for looking!
