Took a class in gumpaste flowers..this cake is the result..cracked and bumpy fondant due to assistant being REALLY slowing taking the cakes out of the fridge and the fondant starting to dry out a little after it was rolled. 5 hr glass, and I ran out of time so none of the flowers have centers either..but overall I like the cake!
