This is a photo of a Porcupine cake i made for a relatives birthday. It is 2 chocolate sponge cakes placed together and covered with chocolate buttercream. I have then texured the face area and place chocolate flakes in the buttercream to create the spikes. I used homemade sugarpaste to create the eyes, nose, ears, feet and the decorative apples that are place around the cake.
