Created for a 21st birthday girl whose passions are pink, ballet and elephants. Fondant moulded elephant ballet dancer on top of a rich chocolate cake, with flooded mother and baby elephants placed round the sides. Royal icing tulle worked skirt, with tooth picks used for tusks.
