This was a birthday cake for my boss - who has chocolate running through his veins! He ate three very large pieces! Its chocolate cake with two kinds of choc frosting; one made with choc syrup and the other with marshmallow cream. My first try on dipping fruit. It looked great until the next day when the berries began to ooze but the cake was gone in a day, so no harm done.
