This dragon is for my daughter's 3rd birthday (which is today, March 30th!!). The body is chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese buttercream icing. The head and tail are made from rice krispi treats. Scales and all details are fondant. Eyes are molded chocolate melts. The sand is brown sugar
