This cake was made for a friend's triplets who are crazy for K.U. basketball. Instead of the jersey saying KANSAS I put their last name and the age they are going to be. I used the Wilton t-shirt pan for this....so versitile!!!! I made basketball cupcakes with the leftover batter. I tried to make them look like they were going thru the basketball hoop. Everything is buttercream except for the hoops...they are MMF.
