Very formal 50th birthday. Three tier, 8", 10", and 12" square cakes. All white chocolate cake; white chocolate mousse w/fresh strawberries. Covered in Vanilla Buttercream, and decorated with fondant. Fresh flowers on top cake. The separators are styrofoam squares wrapped in black fondant. I loved the elegant look for this special cake.
