For a man's surprise 50th birthday party; design was based on the man's favorite Hawaiian shirt; his wife was even getting him to wear the shirt to his party (he thought he was going to someone else's party!); Carved out of a 12x18" sheet cake; design freehanded in buttercream; collar and banner made from fondant; chocolate seashells and cookie crumb sand.
